Job summary

MBS Advisors seeks a General Manager for a Western Massachusetts plastics injection molding operation. You will oversee production, engineering, and the leadership team to drive growth and profitability.

Reporting to the President, you will strengthen customer relationships, manage projects, and push continuous improvements in safety, quality, and delivery while shaping the future of the business.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in plastic injection molding manufacturing.
• Proven success managing operations with P&L responsibility.
• Strong technical, engineering and troubleshooting skills.
• Customer-facing experience in project management and business development.
• Medical molding experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
