Job summary

Dartcor is hiring a Corporate Dining General Manager to lead a high-end, single-location corporate dining program including a flagship café, elevated daily catering, and an office pantry. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive client partnerships, and manage financial performance with a focus on excellence and consistency.

We seek a sharp operator who runs a disciplined business, enforces strong standards, and leads a team to execute with pride and precision across all service lines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years progressive leadership in corporate dining, catering, hospitality, or high-volume foodservice.
• Strong track record in catering operations and high-touch daily catering.
• Experience running single-site programs (café + catering + pantry) with multiple services.
• Proven ability to lead teams and maintain standards with solid financial awareness.

• Own daily operations across café service, catering production, and pantry programs.
• Lead a high-performing team: hiring, training, scheduling, accountability, and performance management.
• Drive catering performance: accuracy, timing, presentation, packing standards, service execution.

What We Need From You:

• 3+ yearsprogressive leadership in corporate dining, catering, hospitality, or high-volume foodservice.
• Strong track record incatering operations(high-touch daily catering and events preferred).
• Experience runningsingle-siteprograms with multiple service lines (café + catering + pantry).
• Proven ability to lead teams and hold standards consistently.
• Strong financial and operational fundamentals: scheduling, ordering, inventory, and P&L awareness.
• Clear communicator with confidence in front of clients and internal stakeholders.
