Job summary

Agilitech is seeking a General Manager of Construction to lead all field operations, quality control, facilities, and fleet with a focus on growth and profitability.

The role reports to the CEO and requires strategic oversight, strong safety compliance, and cross-functional leadership to ensure projects finish on time and within budget. Strong relocation and travel flexibility are a plus.

Qualifications

• Provides high-level direction to Project Managers and Superintendents.
• Develops KPIs, constructs reporting to support objectives.
• Oversees estimating, project selection, and budgeting.
