Job summary

Agilitech is seeking a General Manager of Construction to lead all Field Operations, Quality Control, facilities, fleet and equipment with P&L accountability and strategic growth responsibility. The role reports to the CEO and directs multiple project teams to drive safety, compliance and high-performance results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in construction management or project management.
• Renewable energy experience with solar PV and BESS systems preferred.
• Experience with prevailing wage & project labor agreements preferred.
• Experience overseeing electrical construction on commercial & industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure objectives are met.
• Develop KPIs, procedures, policies, and reporting to support objectives.
• Provide high-level reporting to C-Suite on project performance and resources.
• Oversee project selection in line with strategic plan and annual objectives.
• Direct the estimating process to ensure quality and client needs are met.
• Maintain a safe, compliant work environment and safeguard employees.
