About The Job: General Manager Colorado Springs

Position: General Manager

Summary: Manages all functions of the restaurant to ensure customer service and high-quality products are delivered, and maintains restaurant profitability. Responsible for executing fast and accurate sandwich preparation, world-class customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized shift.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manages a staff of 3 Assistant Managers and approximately 25-30 employees, overseeing work compliance.
2. Handles hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, and terminating employees.
3. Provides on-the-job training for new employees.
4. Delegates and is responsible for ordering, receipt, storage, and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies to minimize waste and theft.
5. Assists in food supervision, preparation, sales, and service.
6. Forecasts food needs per shift.
7. Supervises food preparation and service, especially during rush periods.
8. Assists with customer greeting, order taking, cashiering, and order assembly.
9. Ensures world-class customer service for every customer.
10. Routes deliveries and supervises drivers to maximize efficiency.
11. Completes daily food preparations and opening procedures.
12. Executes systems and procedures with integrity and completeness.
13. Prepares accurate daily, weekly, and periodic paperwork.
14. Controls inventory using weekly systems and maintains regular ordering schedules.
15. Conducts weekly manager meetings.
16. Audits systems, procedures, and shift paperwork.
17. Performs preventative maintenance on store equipment and supplies.
18. Responsible for cash drawer management, deposits, and change orders.
19. Possesses strong communication skills in English and math skills including fractions and percentages.
20. Able to use computers and software like Excel and Word.
21. Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as needed.
22. Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends; must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
