Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts franchise in Willard, Ohio, is hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, local store marketing, and drive sales and profitability.

You will support the management team and crew with performance, engagement, and training initiatives, while bringing time management, attention to detail, and strong guest service skills to every shift. Flexible schedule and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• You have at least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overall operations, driving sales and profit goals, and supporting the Restaurant Management Team and crew through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
