Traditions Hospitality Group seeks a General Manager to oversee all aspects of our establishment's operations in Norman, OK. You will lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences and profitability, guiding a team toward excellence every day.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, cost controls, talent development, and data-driven decision making across departments, ensuring brand standards and timely resolution of guest concerns. Growth and mentorship are central to this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in management, demonstrating leadership and operational skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming license.
• Must be able to obtain an ABLE license.
