Portillo’s in Forest Park, IL seeks a General Manager to lead a high-performing restaurant team, drive strategic direction, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will manage budgets, uphold health and safety standards, and coach leaders to meet profitability goals while living Portillo’s values daily.

You will promote the brand locally, oversee operations, and ensure top-tier hospitality, teamwork, and guest satisfaction across all shifts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
• Strong knowledge of local health and food safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and team development skills.
