  • Cross-functional coordination, development, and execution of key initiatives and goals
  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve and accelerate the development of the new categories.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and develop a deep understanding of key value drivers to identify improvement areas and opportunities within Emerging Verticals
  • Setting and maintaining the yearly budget and long-range planning for the vertical
  • Create a motivating cross-functional team environment
  • Identify, manage, execute, and measure the impact of new projects that generate meaningful efficiencies and/or growth for the business
  • Structured leadership that is rigorous in driving open-ended initiatives and problems that are unstructured
  • Carry influence within the organization to garner internal support for key initiatives
  • Other responsibilities, as assigned
