Job description

Analyst, Asset Management

Asset Management team sits at the center of every structured finance/asset backed lending transaction we do, making sure the transactions we close deliver on their promise long after signing. As an Analyst on this team, you'll be assigned to several transactions and responsible for their day-to-day management: tracking performance, compliance, and adherence to each deal's loan and transaction documents, solving problems, and asking the hard questions that keep every relationship on track.

Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without employer sponsorship.

About the Role

You’ll join a team that manages Credigy’s structured finance/asset-backed loan transactions from due diligence through the life of the investment. For your assigned relationships, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for the lending client, working closely with the Asset Manager to monitor loan and collateral performance, track progress against underwriting expectations, and monitor financial and operational performance and compliance with covenants and other transaction requirements.

You’ll collaborate across Credigy’s business lines, from deal teams to Finance and Compliance—and directly with client leadership, so clear communication and sound judgment matter as much as analytical ability. Success in this role means maintaining effective client relationships, identifying and escalating risks early, and helping ensure performance remains consistent with underwriting expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day management of assigned structured finance and lending transactions, maintaining effective communication with borrowers, servicers, and other counterparties.
  • Monitor financial and operational performance, collateral trends, cash flows, and transaction-specific KPIs against underwriting expectations.
  • Review financial statements, servicer reports, borrowing-base certificates, compliance certificates, and other transaction deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Track compliance with credit agreements and other transaction documents, identify exceptions or missed deliverables, and coordinate their resolution or escalation.
  • Maintain transaction models, dashboards, compliance trackers, and other portfolio-monitoring tools.
  • Support amendments, waivers, renewals, audits, and other portfolio-management initiatives as needed.
  • Collaborate with deal teams, Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Compliance on transaction-related matters.
  • Manage multiple assigned transactions and projects simultaneously, prioritizing activities based on deadlines, risk, and business impact.
What We're Looking For
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree with a strong quantitative foundation; degrees in Business, Finance, or a related field are preferred.
  • 0-1 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills with a clear sense of priority, urgency, and commitment to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across business disciplines, geographies, and cultural backgrounds.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload across multiple concurrent projects.
Preferred:
  • Proficiency with SQL, Python, and/or Tableau.
The Credigy Experience

Credigy offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage through Cigna — with Credigy covering a significant portion of premiums — plus STD, LTD, and basic life insurance at no cost to you. You'll also have access to a 401(k) with company match, generous PTO, paid parental leave, volunteer time off through Credigy Cares, and a range of workplace perks designed to support how you work best — from a thoughtfully equipped office environment to the technology and tools that help you do your best work. Beyond the benefits, you'll join a team recognized year-over-year as a Top Workplace nationally and in Atlanta, with a personalized Flex Werk program, real opportunities for career growth, and a culture built around people who are bold, curious, and supportive, and the opportunity to build deep, hands-on expertise in joint venture management and asset performance from day one.

A Note to Applicants

If this role excites you but you don't check every box, we encourage you to apply. We value curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a collaborative spirit just as much as direct experience.

Where & How You'll Work

This role is based at Credigy's corporate headquarters in Norcross, GA. From day one, you'll work with your manager to build a personalized flexibility arrangement through Credigy's Flex Werk program — because we believe the best work happens when people have the support and autonomy to work in a way that works for them. This role also requires limited domestic travel.
