Dough Zone USA in California seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead operations across our CA stores. Training begins as Manager in Training, with onsite interviews to discuss specifics.

You will oversee FOH/BOH, drive sales, manage staff, ensure food quality and guest experience, and uphold safety standards. Strong leadership and 3+ years in full-service restaurant management are required.

Qualifications

• Quality & Guest Experience: Uphold our high standards for food quality, monitor service and address guest feedback to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Conduct regular inspections and training to maintain a safe environment.
• Financial Oversight: Optimize staff schedules to balance labor costs with service needs. Support budgeting, inventory management, and cost-saving initiatives.

We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager to join our team for all Dough Zone restaurants located in California State (Cupertino, North San Jose, South San Jose, Walnut Creek, Pruneyard/Campbell, and Berkeley). New joiners will start training as Manager in Training. Please feel free to discuss the specifics with the hiring managers during the onsite interview.
