Job summary

Dough Zone USA is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee all Dough Zone restaurants located in California. New joiners will start training as Manager in Training and discuss specifics with hiring managers during onsite interviews.

You will lead daily restaurant operations for both FOH and BOH, drive sales, mentor a team, and ensure food quality and guest experience across multiple locations. Competitive salary and benefits, including 401(k), PTO, and meal discounts, are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in full-service restaurant management or related fields.
• Experience with multi-unit operation is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations for FOH and BOH to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Manage scheduling, training, and onboarding new hires; coach and mentor your team.
• Uphold high standards for food quality and guest experience; address feedback.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations; conduct regular inspections and training.
• Optimize staff schedules to balance labor costs; assist budgeting, inventory management, and cost-saving initiatives with the District Manager.
