Job summary

Milton Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead all daily restaurant operations, build a high-performing team, and deliver the Wingstop experience to guests. You will drive sales, profitability, and accountability, coaching leaders and ensuring food safety and guest satisfaction across the store.

You will guide adherence to brand standards, manage costs, and develop future leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and servant leadership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build future leaders by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development.
• Create a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze business results and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Partner with your District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.
