• Oversee production and operations at the bottling water plant and satellite branches, with focus on service activities such as HVAC, Plumbing, and maintenance.
• Drive business growth and profitability through efficient management of service operations.
• Safeguard branch assets and manage profit and loss activities, focusing on service-related revenue streams.
• Monitor overtime and temporary labor usage, particularly in service departments.
• Ensure staff delivers exceptional customer service in service-related interactions and evaluate staff performance.
• Motivate and recognize branch personnel contributions to foster a team culture and service excellence.
• Conduct financial analysis and implement corrective actions as needed, with attention to service revenue and expenses.
• Manage delivery and service call routing, optimize schedules for productivity and customer satisfaction.
