Job summary

Culligan International seeks an experienced General Manager to oversee water services operations at the Lacey store and nearby branches. You will lead daily operations, set performance goals, manage staff, and drive revenue growth while upholding safety and company standards.

The role requires a four-year degree and several years of operations or management experience in service industries. You will analyze financials, schedule work, and ensure exceptional customer service and regulatory

Qualifications

• Four-year degree preferred.
• 5 years of basic plumbing, operations, management, and marketing experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of management.
• Strong sales generation ability and financial performance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities; strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and operations at the bottling water plant and satellite branches, focusing on service-related activities (HVAC, plumbing, maintenance).
• Drive business growth and profitability through efficient management of service operations.
• Safeguard branch assets and manage profit and loss, focusing on service-related revenue streams.
• Monitor overtime and temporary labor usage, particularly in service departments.
• Ensure staff delivers exceptional customer service and evaluate staff performance in service areas.
• Motivate and recognize branch personnel to foster a teamwork culture and service excellence.
• Produce financial analysis and implement corrective actions as needed for service revenue/expenses.
• Manage delivery and service call routing to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets for service contracts and related offerings; prepare forecasts and budgets.
