Panera LLC seeks a General Manager Lead to drive bakery-cafe operations, staff leadership, and guest satisfaction. You will own staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure quality service and profitability.

The role requires 3+ years GM experience, ServSafe certification, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced setting. Competitive pay and bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• 3+ years restaurant GM experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Background check required for offer.
• Proven ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen.
• Proven ability to run great shifts while directing, motivating and coaching in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for up to 6 hours.
• Clear communication in a loud environment.

Responsibilities
