Panera Bread in Dearborn Heights, MI is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-performing bakery-cafe team, own operations, staffing, and guest experience, and translate Panera’s Guiding Values into daily results. You’ll drive service excellence, manage costs, coach and develop leaders, ensure food safety and quality, and partner with support teams to deliver warm hospitality and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Capability to lift 25 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of leading, the bakery-cafe team including staffing, scheduling, people development, performance management and training.
• Hire, onboard, train, motivate and celebrate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage team performance to meet goals, standards and service expectations; develop managers on people processes.
