Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a General Manager for its AVIV restaurant to lead all aspects of food and beverage operations in a luxury setting. The candidate will inspire a high-performing team, maintain exceptional service standards, and drive financial performance in a demanding 24-hour operation.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 8 years in upscale F&B, a minimum of 5 years in leadership, and a post-secondary diploma or degree, with superb communication skills and a hands-on leadership

• Willingness to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

About you...

Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 8 years of similar work experience in an upscale luxury environment.

Min. 5 years leading a food & beverage team.

A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.

An expert in food & beverage operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.

Excels at communication, both verbal and written.

Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
