Qualifications

• Requires at least 8 years of similar work experience in an upscale luxury environment.
• Minimum 5 years leading a food & beverage team.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Expertise in food & beverage operations with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

About You...

• Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 8 years of similar work experience in an upscale luxury environment.
• Min. 5 years leading a food & beverage team.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• An expert in food & beverage operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
