Job summary

Starwood Hotels in Miami is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead the F&B team, elevate service standards, and drive guest satisfaction in a 24-hour operation. You will inspire a motivated team, manage operations efficiently, and contribute to financial performance with strong communication and leadership.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years in F&B, a post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus, and a passion for sustainable hospitality.
