Job summary

Inalfa Roof Systems is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its 2nd shift in Acworth, GA. You will lead a maintenance team, perform preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance, and coordinate with Engineering and Quality to improve safety and efficiency.

This role requires strong troubleshooting, leadership, and safety-focused approach, with experience in industrial maintenance and familiarity with automation systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is a plus.
• Three years’ experience in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
• Train maintenance employees on safety precautions and procedures.
• Lead and supervise maintenance staff to meet objectives and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality and Production for process and safety improvements.
• Provide and manage spare parts requirements for machinery and equipment.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and schematics for maintenance work.
