Job summary

Glass America in Saint Paul, MN, seeks a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive customer experience, and ensure KPI targets are met across the location.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in auto glass environment or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly and annual operating budget for location(s).
• Track and monitor sales, profit, and expenses.
• Conduct performance reviews and staff development.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and vendor communications.
• Ensure safety standards and dress code compliance.
• Lead and manage all personnel to meet KPI targets.
• Coordinate staffing with regional leadership and hiring as needed.
