Job summary

Glass America in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a General Manager to run daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer experience and KPI achievement. You will coach staff, manage budgets, and coordinate vendor relations to keep parts flowing and production efficient.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety adherence, and strong communication to align team efforts with company standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in an auto glass environment or similar role.
• Strong people management and customer service focus.
• Able to coach and empower staff to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly and annual operating budget of the location.
• Track and monitor monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly reviews.
• Monitor A/P and A/R for the location and maintain vendor communications.
• Coordinate staff training and ensure safety and dress code adherence.
• Lead and manage all personnel to maximize daily jobs completed.
