FGG Spa, LLC, a Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa franchisee in Alexandria, seeks a high-impact General Manager to lead both the team and the business. You’ll own spa performance, drive sales, profitability, and guest experience while building a culture of accountability and service excellence.

You’ll recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team, manage KPIs and P&L, and execute local marketing and community outreach to grow memberships and service utilization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven success driving sales and team performance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• P&L experience strongly preferred.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays).

• Lead the business: spa operations and overall performance, sales growth, membership performance, profitability, and P&L ownership.
• Build the team: recruit, hire and retain a high-performing team; coach and develop with a people-first mindset; ensure a World Class Client experience (WCCE).

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – ALEXANDRIA (5830 Kingstowne Towne Ctr, Alexandria, VA 22315) is seeking a high-impact, performance-driven General Manager to lead both the team and the business.

This role is ideal for a people-first, servant leader who can build a strong culture, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive sales, revenue, and profitability. You’ll own spa performance while developing a team that consistently delivers results.

Lead the Business

• Spa operations and overall performance
• Sales growth, membership performance, and profitability
• Key metrics, reporting, and P&L ownership
