Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – Alexandria is seeking a high-impact General Manager to lead the team and the business at the Kingstowne Towne Ctr location. You will own spa performance, drive guest experiences, and oversee operations, sales, memberships, and profitability.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of leadership experience, a track record of hitting KPIs, and strong communication. Expect a fast-paced, people-first culture with growth opportunities within a multi-unit

• 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven success driving sales and team performance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A balance of people leadership and business acumen.
• Strong experience working with KPIs is required.
• P&L experience strongly preferred.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays).

This role is ideal for a people-first, servant leader who can build a strong culture, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive sales, revenue, and profitability. You’ll own spa performance while developing a team that consistently delivers results.

Lead the Business

• Spa operations and overall performance
