Job summary

CC Holdings is seeking a qualified, friendly General Manager to lead our Indianapolis-area restaurant team at the Indianapolis International Airport. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage a 20+ person crew, and oversee food prep, beverage service, and operational standards.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, labor and cost control, P&L reconciliation, and a hands-on hospitality mindset. Nights/weekends shift flexibility is expected.

Schedule & Location Details

This position is located at the Indianapolis International Airport and operates:

• Monday through Sunday (Nights and Weekends)
• 5:00 AM - 11 PM (Shifts Vary)

TARGET START DATE

The anticipated start date for this position can range from late late September through December, depending on hiring and onboarding timelines.

• Experience with P&L reconciliation and cost control
