CC Holdings Group invites you to our Indianapolis Airport job fair. We are hiring Assistant Managers to lead our café teams, drive hospitality, and uphold the HEART culture across locations in the Indianapolis area.

These roles require leadership of 20+ staff, weekend/Night shifts, and daily operation support with focus on guest service, cost control, and inventory management.

Schedule & Location Details

This position is located at the Indianapolis International Airport and operates:

• Monday through Sunday (Nights and Weekends)
• 5:00 AM – 11 PM (Shifts Vary)

The anticipated start date for this position can range from late September through December, depending on hiring and onboarding timelines.
