Job summary
CC Holdings Group in Indianapolis is seeking qualified Shift Supervisors for full-time and part-time roles at the Indianapolis Airport locations. Join a fast-paced, growth-ready team focused on hospitality and quality.

Qualifications
- Must have valid driver’s license to obtain airport parking pass.
- Supervisory experience in the food industry preferred.
- Flexible schedule availability required.
Responsibilities
- Oversees daily shift operations and employee performance.
- Maximizes customer satisfaction by handling requests and resolving complaints professionally.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked workspace.
- Ensures smooth daily production and service operations.
- Performs sandwich artist, cashier, and CSR responsibilities as needed.
- Prepares sandwiches, wraps, salads, and protein bowls according to standards.
- Maintains food safety, sanitation, and quality standards at all times.
- Processes cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately.
- Balances cash drawers and follows all cash handling procedures.
- Provides excellent customer service and promotes a welcoming environment.
- Assists with training and mentoring new team members.
- Supports operations while maintaining company standards and culture.

We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Supervisors (including Sandwich Artist/Cashier/CSR responsibilities) for our Brands (Java House Bistro, Lift Off, and Shapiros) location at the Indianapolis International Airport.

This position is located at the Indianapolis International Airport and operates:
- Monday through Sunday
- Nights and weekends required
- 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM (shifts vary)
The anticipated start date for this position can range from late September through December, depending on hiring and onboarding timelines.

- Set the tone for urgency, hospitality, and professionalism
- Ensure proper station coverage and team positioning
- Adjust staffing in real time based on business volume
- Maintain smooth service flow and prevent bottlenecks at the register, expo, or kitchen
- Prior supervisor, sandwich artist, cashier, or CSR experience preferred but not required
