Sonsray is seeking a General Manager for the Las Cruces, NM location. You will oversee sales, service, parts, and new equipment, directing daily operations and profitability across the agricultural dealership.

Lead a team of Managers, develop strategies for market growth, and ensure top-tier customer service. The role demands hands-on leadership, financial acumen, and travel to client sites and other locations.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience across sales, service, parts, within a dealership or similar environment.
• Strong business development and market growth experience with measurable results.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
• Solid understanding of financial metrics, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Parts & Service Managers and Sales Department in a high-performance environment.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure alignment with goals, processes, and safety standards.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop employees to support long-term success.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Drive market growth and strengthen customer relationships in agriculture equipment.
