Qualifications

• 3+ years of management and leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to manage budgets; read and interpret P&L statements.
• Intermediate PC skills: Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Ability to speak bilingual required.
• Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain or Third Party experience.
• BS/BA Degree or work related experience.

Responsibilities

• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Oversee inbound, receiving, selection, inventory controls, and customer service operations.
• Create daily work logs and transmission to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports.
• Ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Document and resolve any customer service issues daily.
• Ensure all associates follow policies and safety rules.
• Hold weekly safety meetings and ensure attendance.
• Assist in managing Site and Departmental budgets.
• Schedule associate shifts based on customer requirements.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates.
• Supervise data entry and payroll record administration.
