This will allow for unlimited potential for growth within our company $50,000-$80,000 year range with salary and bonuses We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team at our location in Lindstrom, United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations at 12925 Lake Blvd, ensuring optimal performance, profitability, and growth.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team through effective hiring, training, and performance management
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and community partners

Qualifications
