Domino's Team BAM! is hiring a General Manager to lead our store with proven restaurant leadership. You will drive operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and guide our team to meet goals.

You will recruit and develop staff, uphold food safety standards, and focus on sales growth and profitability while maintaining excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a fast‑food/quick‑service setting or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
• Customer Service experience (required)
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
