Domino's Team BAM! seeks a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run our Lovington, NM store, ensuring top customer service and operations excellence. You will guide a team, enforce food safety, and drive sales and profitability, while maintaining brand standards and a strong work culture.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, accountability, and the ability to train and empower team members to deliver consistent results in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Prior management experience required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, & conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
