Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead daily store operations in Albuquerque, NM. The role requires strong leadership to guide staff, maintain high customer service standards, and uphold food safety protocols while driving profitability.

Responsibilities include managing cost controls, inventory, and image standards, recruiting and developing team members, and ensuring safety and compliance. A hands-on leader with excellent communication will excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Prior management or similar leadership experience is required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Fast food/quick service experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• High School education or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
• Customer Service experience (required)
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
