Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Las Cruces, NM seeks a General Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, uphold brand standards, and deliver Best in Class customer service.

You will recruit and develop staff, manage food safety, cost controls, inventory, and labor, and ensure image standards and attendance is excellent.

Ideal candidates have management or supervisory experience in quick-service, a valid driver's license, HS diploma, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Prior management or similar experience required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Fast food/quick service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, & conflict-resolution skills.
