Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a talented General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run our store efficiently, take care of customers, and support our team members.

You will manage store operations, drive results, recruit and develop staff, ensure food safety, deliver best-in-class service, protect brand image, and grow sales and profits. You will lead by example, monitor performance, and coordinate with suppliers while upholding standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a management role or similar.
• Experience delivering customer service excellence.
• Experience in fast food/quick service restaurants preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
• Recruit, Develop, and Retain staff team members
• Manage Food Safety and Team Member Safety
• Provide Best in Class Customer Service
• Increase Sales and Profit Potential

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
• Customer Service experience (required)
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
