Domino's Team BAM! seeks a General Manager to lead daily store operations, motivate a team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The GM will drive sales, manage costs, ensure food safety, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have prior restaurant management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to attendance and teamwork. A valid driver's license is required, with opportunities for advancement and benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience in a restaurant setting
• Customer service experience is required
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
