Job summary

Domino's is seeking a talented General Manager in Salida, CO to lead daily store operations, drive guest satisfaction, and mentor a team of restaurant professionals.

You will own performance metrics including sales, costs, and quality, ensure food safety and brand standards, and create a positive environment that motivates staff to deliver exceptional service. This role offers advancement opportunities and requires hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing food cost, and labor
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
