Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Albuquerque seeks a General Manager to lead daily store operations, drive results, and deliver exceptional customer service while supporting a motivated team.

You will manage costs, inventory, food safety, and image standards; recruit and develop staff; and oversee a P&L. Required: prior management or similar experience, customer service focus, valid driver's license, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
