Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Lancaster, TX is seeking a talented General Manager with proven restaurant leadership skills to run the store efficiently, take care of customers, and support team members. This role focuses on daily operations, people development, and delivering great guest experiences.

You will manage costs, maintain food safety, drive sales, and lead a team to achieve our standards of quality and service while upholding Domino's brand values and ensuring profitable store performance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
