Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, drive results, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will recruit and develop staff, ensure food safety, and maximize sales and profitability while upholding image standards and punctuality.

Ideal candidates have management or supervisory experience, customer service background, and a valid driver’s license. Fast food experience is preferred; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience is required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to lead by example and maintain accountability.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve goals.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Strong math skills for quick calculations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
