Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run our store, drive results, and support a team of motivated associates.

You will oversee daily operations, staffing, food safety, customer service, and sales growth while maintaining brand standards and financial performance. Prior management and customer service experience, a valid driver's license, and High School diploma are required; fast food experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
