Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! seeks a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run our store efficiently, serve customers, and support our team members.

You will manage store operations, drive results, recruit and develop staff, ensure food safety and customer service, and work to increase sales and profitability in a fast-paced QSR environment. The role requires accountability, hands-on leadership, and the ability to train and mentor employees while maintaining brand standards and guest

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
