Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a talented General Manager to lead our store with proven restaurant leadership skills, ensuring smooth operation, outstanding customer service, and strong team support.

The role focuses on managing store operations, developing staff, upholding food safety, and driving sales and profitability while maintaining brand standards and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience or similar experience is required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
