Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Plano, TX is seeking a General Manager with proven leadership to run the store, uphold brand standards, and deliver great customer service while supporting a dedicated team.

You will oversee operations, staffing, safety, cost controls, and drive sales and profitability, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have prior management or similar experience.
• Customer service experience required.
• Fast food/quick service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and hold team accountable.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work well in a team to achieve goals.
• Experience managing P&L, food cost and labor.
