Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run our store, serve customers, and support team members on a daily basis.

You will oversee operations, people development, food safety, and performance to drive sales and profitability while maintaining program standards and brand image.

Formación

• Management experience or equivalent in a leadership role.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Ability to lead by example and hold the team accountable.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to reach common goals.
• Experience managing P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
