Domino's Team BAM! in Plano, TX seeks a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run the store, delight customers, and support team members.

You will oversee operations, drive results, manage cost controls, recruit and develop staff, and uphold brand standards while delivering strong sales and profit growth. Strong leadership, communication, and people skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience or similar leadership role required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing P&L, food cost and labor.
• Strong math skills and ability to perform quick calculations.
