Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Texas is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, drive results, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, and uphold food safety and brand standards.

The ideal candidate has prior management experience, strong communication, and the ability to optimize costs and labor to maximize profitability. A valid driver's license is required; no degree is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
