Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead daily store operations with a focus on customer service, team development, and profitability. The role demands strong leadership to drive performance, ensure food safety, and maintain high standards of store presentation.

Responsibilities include cost control, inventory, labor management, and sustaining a productive team culture. Prior management and quick-service restaurant experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
• Customer Service experience (required)
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
