Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead our store operations, uphold brand standards, and drive results while supporting and developing the team.

You will oversee daily activities, ensure food safety, manage the P&L, and deliver best-in-class customer service. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this fast-paced role in a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience.
• Customer Service experience is required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
